In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, building strong relationships with service providers, and positioning our cutting-edge lending technology as a game-changer for their financing needs.
Position Overview:
As an Account Executive for our business you will have the opportunity to sell our no-fee credit card and POS lending technology to businesses across key verticals such as automotive, optical, dental, and healthcare services. This is a high-impact role that requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative approach to selling, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our platform to service-based businesses looking to enhance their customer experience and grow their revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target new service-based businesses (auto dealerships, optical practices, dental offices, healthcare services) that can benefit from our next-gen lending solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the specific financing needs of each prospect and position our no-fee credit card and POS lending technology as the ideal solution for their business and customers.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at service providers, including business owners, CFOs, and operations managers.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our fintech lending platform, including features, benefits, and integration with existing systems, and effectively communicate this to prospects.
- Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our platform’s reach across multiple locations and service offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company’s overall goals and that customer needs are met.
- Sales Metrics and Reporting: Track sales activity, manage your pipeline, and provide regular updates to management on progress toward sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or lending technology. Experience in selling solutions to service-based businesses such as auto dealerships, dental offices, optical practices, or healthcare services is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven success in managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative Selling: Strong ability to understand customer pain points and present tailored, value-driven solutions that drive business growth.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience engaging business owners, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing technology-driven products, with a strong understanding of payment solutions, credit systems, and POS lending infrastructure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations and negotiations.
- Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
