Sales Hire – Mid Level

We are hiring a highly strategic sales professional to grow a high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) client business at a well-established firm in the rapidly growing digital asset industry.

Experience Level: 2–5 years (junior to mid-level)

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, support, and manage relationships with HNW, UHNW, and institutional clients, providing education on the firm’s digital asset products and services.

  • Define growth goals and build, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified leads, reporting progress to senior leadership.

  • Support high client satisfaction through excellent service, proactive follow-up, and collaborative problem-solving alongside the account management team.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 2–5+ years of relevant sales experience selling to HNW individuals, institutions, and/or family offices, ideally within digital assets, crypto, fintech, or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of digital assets and crypto, including market trends and investment products, with the ability to articulate differentiated value propositions.

  • Demonstrated experience building and closing sales pipelines in performance-driven environments with clear growth metrics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high energy, and a strong aptitude for learning.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus and uncapped commissions
