We are seeking a Business Development Manager – US to help drive our expansion strategy. You’ll engage directly with enterprise merchants across e-commerce, digital goods, and marketplace sectors—delivering payment solutions that enable growth in key international regions.
💼 What You’ll Do

Identify, develop, and close new business with enterprise merchants, contributing directly to revenue and market share growth.

Build and execute go-to-market strategies to enter new verticals, geographies, and customer segments.

Proactively source leads, research markets, and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Promote adoption of the company’s payment platform by aligning solutions with merchant needs.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, merchant success, risk, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable success.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to drive long-term value.

Track and report performance and pipeline progression in Salesforce CRM.

Provide market insights to leadership that influence product and business strategy.

Represent the company in industry events and customer meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
🔍 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development or strategic sales targeting global enterprise accounts.

Background in the payments industry is required.

Deep understanding of the merchant payment ecosystem, including payment processors and e-commerce platforms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

History of consistently exceeding new logo acquisition targets.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Cognism, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Data-driven and analytical; capable of translating CRM and market insights into actionable strategies.

Proactive and self-motivated hunter with a passion for outbound sales and pipeline creation.

Fluency in English (multilingual abilities are a plus).

Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 50%.
