Trusted by some of the most recognizable names in e-commerce, marketplaces, and SaaS, their cutting-edge solutions power seamless cross-border payments and enable rapid global expansion.
As part of their continued international growth, they’re hiring an experienced Business Development Manager – EMEA to accelerate enterprise acquisition across the region.
This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset and deep payments expertise, who thrives on building from the ground up in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities across the EMEA region.

Execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals, markets, and high-value customer segments.

Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to negotiation and close—with a focus on digital goods, e-commerce, and marketplace merchants.

Position the company as a trusted payments partner, articulating the value of its solutions to senior stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with product, legal, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to drive seamless deal execution and client onboarding.

Provide market intelligence and insights to support go-to-market strategy and product evolution.

Represent the company externally with credibility and professionalism, including at industry events and conferences.
Requirements

6+ years in enterprise business development or strategic sales, with a strong focus on payments.

Proven track record of winning and closing complex, high-value deals with global digital merchants.

Deep understanding of the merchant payments ecosystem, including cross-border commerce and e-commerce infrastructure.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to generate and accelerate pipeline independently in fast-changing market conditions.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
