Role Overview

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, charts, and reports for real-time insights across business units.
• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and tailored to diverse audiences, including customer success, sales, marketing, and external clients.
• Lead the development of a scalable portfolio insight analytics product for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the product meets the needs of different user groups, aiding in performance review and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate the analytics product into existing systems and workflows.
• Work closely with the data science team to monitor ML models’ performance and impact.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams (data engineering, data science) and business units to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on dashboard development and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., Python).
• Experience with SQL and handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
