We are looking for a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager to join our team and build meaningful, long-term relationships with our crypto and DeFi-native clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing key customer accounts, ensuring their success, and driving value through our platform.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Customer Success/Account Manager you’ll play a critical role in helping our crypto and DeFi clients thrive by leveraging our innovative payment infrastructure. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, fintechs, and blockchain innovators, ensuring they are maximizing the full potential of our platform while fostering long-term partnerships. This is a highly impactful, client-facing role that requires both a deep understanding of the crypto space and a passion for exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key accounts in the crypto and DeFi space, including fintech companies, crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, and enterprise clients.
- Client Onboarding and Success: Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform and offering guidance to maximize product adoption and success. Provide ongoing support and proactive guidance to help clients reach their business goals.
- Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to thrive. Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding relationships.
- Technical Enablement: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, product, and engineering) to ensure seamless integration of our payment infrastructure with clients’ systems, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape the evolution of our platform.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to address any issues or escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends in the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi sectors, and leverage that knowledge to provide strategic insights to clients, helping them navigate the evolving landscape.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, tracking customer health, usage, and satisfaction, and ensure that clients are realizing the full value of our platform.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, with a proven track record of working with crypto, DeFi, fintechs, or blockchain-related businesses.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the crypto and DeFi ecosystems, stablecoins, digital assets, and blockchain technology. Familiarity with payment infrastructure, cross-border transactions, and fintech innovations is highly preferred.
- Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives, technical teams, and decision-makers.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to identify challenges, provide effective solutions, and drive customer success.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable navigating technical discussions and working closely with engineering and product teams. Familiarity with APIs, integration processes, and product development workflows is a plus.
- Proactive and Autonomous: Ability to work independently and take ownership of client accounts, while remaining agile in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes, increase customer retention, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
