Who they are:

They are fully regulatory approved by the CFTC and have been allowed to launch a new asset class: event contracts. Event contracts, the fastest-growing asset class today, are elegant financial instruments structured as simple yes/no questions about the future.
They want to build a new world for trading. They are on a long journey in uncharted territories.
What it Entails:
They will be executing lots of campaigns in the coming months. You will be the go-to person crafting the visual assets that will reach millions of people. These projects will span OOH, Television, OTT, social, and more. They are looking for someone who is highly focused on execution and can produce high-quality designs that are both on-brand and effective in driving engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creative Asset Development: Design and produce creative assets for billboards, OOH advertising, paid media, merchandise, and other marketing materials. Ensure all designs are aligned with their brand guidelines and effectively communicate their message.
- Shareable Content Creation: Develop visually engaging and creative shareable content for social media and digital platforms. This includes infographics, memes, and other digital assets designed to encourage sharing and increase brand visibility.
- Brand Identity Execution: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in every piece of content you create.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, content, and social media teams to ensure that all design work supports broader campaign goals and enhances the overall brand strategy.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful visual content across various mediums.
- Proven experience in designing for social, OOH, paid media, and branded merchandise.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Ability to work independently, and quickly, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to think outside the box to solve design challenges.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
