About the Role
We invite applications from individuals with strong numerical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The title—Analyst, Associate, or Manager—will be adjusted based on your qualifications and experience.
We are looking for candidates who can analyze various data sources and connect insights to real-world applications to significantly contribute to our strategic goals. Familiarity with customer acquisition in US financial services through direct marketing or comparison sites, including hosted models like Lightbox, is crucial. Experience in growth and conversion optimization through experimentation is also required.
You will be part of a small, ambitious, and fast-paced team of data-driven problem solvers, not traditional marketers. Therefore, we seek thorough, self-sufficient, and inquisitive individuals.
Your Team’s Objectives
Our team is charged with driving the growth of all lending products, executing projects through our price comparison site partnerships or directly in the market. We focus on critical questions such as:
- “Where can we effectively discover new customers?”
- “How can I enhance my existing channels?”
- “What improvements can we make to our product for the benefit of customers?”
Most of our team members have multifunctional roles and are tasked with uncovering and maximizing the largest growth opportunities, either independently or in collaboration with others. We are expanding our team to bolster resources for scaling our latest market: the United States.
Your Impact on These Objectives
You will oversee the analysis and improvement of all acquisition channels for credit cards and unsecured loans, optimizing them for volume, cost, and credit quality.
Your role will involve conducting various analyses to identify critical insights that guide decision-making across all areas. You will synthesize both quantitative and qualitative assessments to prioritize ideas and strategies, concentrating our efforts on the most significant growth levers. Collaboration with product and growth teams will be vital in implementing enhancements to the customer journeys you oversee.
As you grow in this position, you will gradually assume full responsibility for developing strategies and executing specific partner projects, marketing initiatives, or product improvements that foster business growth, including Direct Mail campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of excellence in an area you are passionate about.
- Experience in acquiring customers within the financial services industry.
- A strong analytical mindset, applying statistical validity when comparing results, with a keen eye for detail in complex situations.
- Proficiency in logical modeling and spreadsheet tools, with experience in SQL and/or Python or similar programming languages.
- A genuine enthusiasm for the chance to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting and create a substantial impact on the business.
