Company Overview
My client is rapidly growing private credit platform specializing in growth capital for SMBs. With over $3B deployed to date through direct and partner-driven origination, they are seeking a strategic sales leader to oversee and expand a high-performing, partnerships-focused sales organization. This executive will drive top- and mid-funnel origination via relationships with ABL lenders, factoring firms, tech partners and VC/PE firms.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale a 15+ person team across partnerships, inside/outside sales, and BDRs

Manage sales managers and ensure execution on origination and pipeline goals

Build and grow strategic referral relationships to drive repeatable deal flow

Own channel KPIs: volume, engagement, retention, conversion, velocity

Align with marketing and ops on lead gen and qualification

Improve sales enablement, CRM (Salesforce), and reporting tools

Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent

Represent channel sales in strategic planning with executive leadership
Qualifications

8+ years in sales leadership, ideally in financial services or B2B fintech

Proven success managing and scaling teams

Deep experience with referral and partnership-driven sales models

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities

Fast-paced, growth-stage company experience

Familiarity with cash flow lending, private credit, or ABL preferred
