Compensation: $200,000 base + double OTE (USD)💲

The Role
The company is seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to build and lead its outbound sales function. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving institutional and B2B client acquisition, managing a team of 10 sales professionals, and collaborating closely with the co-founders on go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the outbound sales strategy across key international markets
- Hire, lead, and mentor a growing sales team
- Define KPIs, drive forecasting accuracy, and hit ambitious growth targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams
- Represent the company in key client engagements and industry events
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities
