Integration Manager:
Storm2 have partnered with a leading cross-border payments platform to find their next Integration Manager. Founded in 2015, our client has grown to process over $200 billion in payments and serves more than 1 million customers globally. They are seeking a technically-minded professional to drive successful client implementations and integrations of their embedded finance solutions. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing fintech company that is revolutionizing how businesses handle international payments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client implementations, managing expectations and delivering world-class integration experiences for global trade, marketplace, and treasury clients
- Develop and present technical solutions during the presales process, including RFP responses and client demonstrations of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools
- Project manage complete client onboarding through legal, compliance, and technical reviews
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during integration, coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and meet SLAs
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services
- Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback to Product Marketing and Developer Experience teams based on client implementations
- Facilitate smooth transitions to operational and account management teams post-launch while maintaining periodic client check-ins
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in implementation or service delivery for Enterprise B2B SaaS with API integration
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to learn complex software systems
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles consulting on integration best practices
- Proven track record of successful project management and meeting strict deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of Payment Services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with developer tools and API documentation
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes
- Previous experience in fintech or payments industry
- Track record of launching products with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise clients
