They’re currently seeking a NY-based Integration Manager to assist their revenue growth through presales, project management and post-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Become the subject matter expert for Payments/Treasury solutions
  • Presales: Develop and demonstrate solutions using existing frameworks, APIs, and SDKs, showcasing platform versatility across various use cases.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee comprehensive client onboarding, working cross-functionally with legal, compliance and global operations team.
  • Integration Support: Provide primary client relationship management through multiple communication channels.
  • Transition & Follow-up: Facilitate smooth handover to operational teams post-integration while maintaining periodic client check-ins for relationship maintenance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to product enhancement by providing customer feedback to Product Marketing and Developer Experience teams through post-launch debriefs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementation and/or API integration, strong troubleshooting skills, and comprehensive knowledge of Payment Services.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Experience in presales/sales engineering/ solutions consulting/technical account management, with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage long-term projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented approach with creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Knowledge Transfer: Ability to quickly learn software systems and effectively teach end-users of various technical levels.
