    They are now seeking a Director of Channel Sales to develop and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on converting leads from strategic ERP and VAR partnerships. This is a player-coach role—leading by example while building scalable sales processes, setting clear KPIs, and executing a GTM strategy that strengthens the company's market position.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Payments and Software Sales Representatives.

    • Implement a KPI-driven sales process to improve performance and accelerate growth.

    • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for ERP and VAR networks.

    • Manage and optimize partner-led sales motions to drive deal flow.

    Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company’s mobile team taking over a team of 3 existing engineers, then overseeing and being integral in the hiring process of a further 2 engineers.
  • Continue to build the IOS and Android native apps with quality being the north star.
