    My client is leading B2B Fintech start-up (over $400M raised in funding), that changes the way businesses gain access to the capital they need to grow. They offer a suite of solutions, including payment terms & growth financing and are in a period of hyper-growth. They are looking to scale their team, to help establish their brand as a leading contender for trade finance across the global ecosystem.
    ROLE DESCRIPTION
    They are looking for an experienced go-to-market lead to join their US-based team and scale their ‘new business’ function. You will be responsible for contributing your own efforts to revenue generation, and eventually assembling, developing, and managing a world-class organization of sales hunters. The role is highly strategic, and will involve cross-functional coordination with marketing, customer success, and sales operations.
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and develop pipeline of prospective, high-growth clients across all industries
    • Own full sales cycle – prospecting, pipeline building and closing new deals
    • Eventually build out & lead US sales hunter team, whilst training individuals to become high performing & revenue-generating
    • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure the successful closing of new opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years’ experience sales experience at a B2B Fintech (ideally in B2B Payments, AP/AR, Growth & Working Capital)
    • Proven success in a SaaS/Tech startup, in both hunter & leadership capacities
    • Magnet for talent, capable of developing a culture that attracts a team of world class reps
    • Existing playbook for identifying and systematizing sales best practices
    • Established book-of-business of private & public clients across multiple industries
    • Collaborative team player

    About The Role

    As a member of the Sales team, your key responsibilities will be:

    Requirements
