✅ Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B software sales experience in a hunting role
- Multifamily experience (selling into 3,000+ units)
- 2+ years of experience selling enterprise deals to exec level to large organizations
- Demonstrate track record of above target performance in a complex solution sale (six and seven-figure deals), especially in a startup or growth stage environment

- Engage prospects at a senior exec level to pursue and close new customers with largest 1000 property management in the multifamily apartment industry
- Conduct outbound prospecting to build your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities
- Consistently achieve targets by applying modern sales techniques
- Use tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new market segments
