Senior Database Engineer (SQL Server)
Compensation: $130K–$150K

About the Role

Build and maintain SQL Server systems powering our trading account management platform. Develop stored procedures, SSIS packages, and data pipelines that process millions of records daily—handling real-time P&L calculations, compliance monitoring, account provisioning, and payout processing. Your code directly impacts our trader accounts where performance and accuracy are non-negotiable.

Core Responsibilities

•    Develop complex stored procedures for financial calculations, compliance checks, and real-time dashboards

•    Create account provisioning workflows orchestrating actions across multiple systems via APIs

•    Build SSIS packages for ETL workflows from multiple data providers.

•    Optimize queries for sub-second dashboard response times on high-volume data

•    Implement automated compliance monitoring with real-time violation detection

•    Design payout processing logic and email automation workflows

Required Experience

•    5+ years SQL Server T-SQL development 

•    Advanced stored procedures, triggers, and complex business logic

•    SSIS package development and query optimization

•    High-volume data processing 

•    API integrations

•    Financial and Data Warehouse systems experience a plus

Preferred Skills

SQL Server, Service Broker, SSIS, Azure, Event Hubs, Stream Analytics, Python, Powershell, Trading platforms or financial services
