Head of Marketing Operations

Storm2 are partnered with a VC backed InvestTech who are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead excited about innovation within the crypto investment space and looking to take their next career step. The role is for someone who has excellent communicative and interpersonal skills as they will be working and communicating with a various people across functions and stakeholders.
As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the marketing processes, systems, and data to drive efficient and effective marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks including email marketing and translations coordination. For this role, you will need experience in marketing operations and project management, with excellent communication and analytical skills
Work closely with internal marketing teams and channel owners to run Jira tasks (CRM, campaigns launches, product launches etc.).
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead Email Marketing, translations/localization and marketing project coordination.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective alignment, communication, and collaboration on lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. and 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related field
Familiarity with analytical tools (GA, GTM, Amplitude, etc.) and email marketing tools Mailchimp.
Experience in fintech or trading.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Background in managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
