A fast-growing Series-B fintech which makes business banking easy for financial institutions and their clients is looking to expand their team by bringing in a Solutions Architect into their high-growth environment. Banks and credit unions use their digital lending platform to meet business expectations for digital convenience and to bring efficiency gains to their internal teams

Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales team to identify clients’ unique needs and design customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Partner with the customer success team to ensure successful deployment of their platform, from post-sales to ongoing support.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Software Engineering/Development role
• 1+ year of experience in a technical solutions architecture role, with a focus on post-sales.
• Experience in a fast-paced software company with platform and industry knowledge
• Experience in FinTech is a nice to have.
