I am working with a Series B funded market leader for Blockchain firm looking to onboard an energetic, creative minded, well organized, and self-motivated Marketing Leader, to grow our presence and audience.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Formulate and manage marketing strategies aligned with our vision and brand.
Marketing: Manage PR, social media, SEO, events, marketing analytics, etc.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective sales strategies.
Customer Engagement: Implement engagement strategies to deepen relationships with our customer base.
Requirements:
10+ years in high-growth startups; 5+ years in management and marketing roles. Experience in Blockchain/Web3 and social media is a must.
PR Management, Social Media, Event Marketing experience
SEO & Marketing Analytics experience
Ability to lead diverse teams.
