💰 $120K – $140K base + bonus
Storm2 is proud to partner with National Business Capital, one of the nation’s leading non-bank lending platforms approaching $3 billion funded to small and mid-sized businesses.
They’re seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Director to drive growth across the platform economy — connecting flexible financing solutions to the ecosystems where contractors, wholesalers, and logistics operators work and thrive.
This role is built for someone who speaks the SBA language and understands the corridors of bank and non-bank SBA programs. If you’ve built deep relationships across lenders, packagers, and deal sources — and know how to turn those connections into real volume — this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead expansion into platform-driven and private-lending channels across industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, wholesale, and e-commerce.
- Develop and manage partnerships with fintech, marketplace, and private lending platforms.
- Activate embedded capital opportunities in collaboration with lending, technology, and advisory teams.
- Own the full partner lifecycle — from outreach and onboarding to activation and growth.
- Serve as the voice of the partner, shaping tools, integrations, and commercial terms that drive mutual success.
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Bring 7+ years’ experience in platforms, SaaS, marketplaces, or private lending.
- Have a proven background in business development, strategic partnerships, or go-to-market strategy.
- Understand how platforms monetize and where capital unlocks value.
- Have a track record of building revenue-generating partnerships with B2B or fintech platforms.
- Bonus: Experience in construction tech, logistics SaaS, or supply chain platforms.
