Role Overview
The Vice President of Affiliate Partnerships will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of the company’s affiliate partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for scaling high-quality borrower acquisition channels while maintaining strong credit performance and unit economics.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the affiliate channel strategy.

Recruit, negotiate, and manage marketplaces, and strategic platform partners.

Own affiliate-sourced origination and revenue targets.

Monitor performance metrics including lead quality, approval rates, funding rates, and portfolio health.

Partner with credit, risk, marketing, and operations to ensure compliant and scalable growth.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships, or strategic business development.

Experience in fintech, SMB lending, alternative lending, or financial services.

Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels.

Strong understanding of underwriting fundamentals and performance economics.

Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
