A VP of Capital Markets will be responsible for scaling and managing their capital while balancing cost of capital and financial flexibility. You will be implementing capital markets programs and developing strategies that will continue and grow their success.
VP of Capital Markets responsibilities include:
- Manage all aspects of financing transaction, including counterparty identification, negotiation, due diligence, and legal documentation
- Play an active role in refining the structure of our growing capital markets team to support our overall strategic objectives
- Lead the sourcing, structuring and execution of financing transactions including whole loan sales, warehouse financings and securitizations
- Oversee capital markets strategy to support current and new mortgage lending product originations
- Work Closely with our origination and risk teams to ensure alignment of our product set with market needs
- Primary ownership of our capital markets relationships, you are an enthusiastic advocate for our business and team in the capital markets
- Extensive experience working with institutional investors and other capital markets participants such as attorneys, banks, and rating agencies
