Global Head of Marketing

Our client, a global leader in wealth management technology solutions with 30+ years of success, is seeking a Global Head of Marketing to join their executive team. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CRO, responsible for developing and executing the company’s international marketing strategy across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy to drive growth, revenue, and brand presence globally.

Build and scale a marketing function, including demand generation, ABM, product marketing, and thought leadership.

Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to optimize go-to-market strategies and launches.

Oversee PR, media relations, events, and conferences.

Manage budgets, measure ROI, and eventually grow and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing leadership, with proven international exposure.
- Competencies with ABM, demand generation, field marketing and product marketing.

Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Strong background in financial services SaaS (ideally wealth management, asset management, or banking).

Experience in scaling marketing functions within high-growth or mid-sized companies.

Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven leader.
