About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle for a B2B payments infrastructure. This role is responsible for driving scalable acquisition, improving conversion at every stage of the funnel, and building a rigorous, experiment-driven growth function.
You’ll oversee performance channels, lifecycle initiatives, and conversion optimization while working closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure growth initiatives directly support revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel paid acquisition programs (search, social, programmatic, intent platforms, affiliates).
- Collaborate with external partners to refine campaign strategy, optimize spend, and enhance reporting.
- Improve channel performance through structured experimentation, creative testing, segmentation, and continuous iteration.
- Use analytics tools to diagnose funnel friction, uncover behavioral insights, and prioritize improvements.
- Track core economics such as LTV, CAC, and retention to maintain sustainable growth.
- Develop and manage lifecycle and nurture sequences across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
- Run systematic growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
- Conduct message and UX testing with experimentation platforms.
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead-capture flows using no-code tools or internal CMS solutions.
- Oversee overall website performance and partner with design and product to improve conversion paths.

- Strong experimenter with experience validating hypotheses and scaling successful programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Practical experience with marketing automation, workflow design, and data quality best practices.
Your Background
- 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing within SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-paced B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success scaling paid programs and lifecycle initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and SEO/SEM software.
- Familiarity with compliance considerations and data regulations common in financial or regulated industries.
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using BI tools and performance dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency with enterprise-level marketing automation systems; certifications a plus.
