The Opportunity
They are seeking a Head of GTM to lead expansion efforts within the startup ecosystem, with a focus on Series B and earlier-stage companies. Reporting directly to the CRO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving new business acquisition, shaping go-to-market strategy for high-growth startups, and building a high-performing commercial team.
The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and have a proven record of exceeding revenue targets while developing strong relationships with founders, executives, and venture ecosystems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for early-stage startups and high-tech companies
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of GTM professionals focused on net-new client acquisition
- Oversee the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, forecasting, negotiation, closing, and post-sales transition
- Establish and track performance metrics, ensuring attainment of bookings, revenue, and market share goals
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with startup founders and C-suites to identify needs and deliver solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and startup community forums to strengthen brand presence
What They’re Looking For
- 12+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years leading senior GTM teams
- Consistent track record of quota attainment and revenue growth in high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of the startup market, funding cycles, and founder/VC ecosystems
- Proven ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and commercial functions in a scaling business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Experience in fraud, risk, identity, security, or complex data analytics is a strong plus
