We’re looking for a versatile Product Manager to lead the day-to-day development of our Self-Serve Application—a key strategic initiative that empowers advertisers, agencies, and SMBs to independently plan, launch, and optimize CTV campaigns.
This role will own execution of the app from end to end: writing product requirements, managing sprint workflows, and transforming feedback into impactful improvements. You’ll partner closely with Engineering to keep projects moving and ensure the product delivers a high-quality experience for internal and external users. The right candidate will be comfortable operating across multiple product domains and making pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, usability, and long-term value.
As part of a small but growing product team, you’ll influence both process and culture. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from a DSP or related adtech platform—especially in areas like forecasting, activation, audience targeting, reporting, measurement, supply, or bidding and has direct experience with CTV advertising. You should be able to translate this expertise into tangible product value.
What You’ll Do

Serve as PM for the self-serve app, driving development, iteration, and delivery toward milestones.

Write clear, actionable user stories and product documentation to foster alignment and improve decision-making.

Ensure product success post-launch, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable value for users.

Frame user problems deeply, going beyond surface requests to uncover true needs.

Collaborate with Engineering on sprint planning, QA, and execution.

Translate user feedback into roadmap insights and continuous improvements.

Partner with Product Marketing to ensure teams are enabled with strong documentation and resources.

Help refine product processes as the team scales—retros, feedback loops, and scrum ceremonies to support velocity and quality.
What You’ll Bring

7–10 years of product management experience, ideally within adtech, martech, or SaaS.

Direct experience in CTV advertising and familiarity with DSP environments.

Strong expertise in one or more areas such as:

Reporting / Measurement

Supply Path / Bidding Logic
Excellent written communication and a belief in documentation as a driver of alignment and product quality.
Experience working with engineering teams to ship product in an agile environment.
Ability to focus on solving the right problems using data, judgment, and curiosity—avoiding “building for the sake of building.”
Comfort operating independently while knowing when to seek input or alignment.
