About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Solutions / Sales Engineer to support our growing enterprise client base across Web3 infrastructure, distributed computing, and next-generation cloud technologies. This role bridges the gap between product, engineering, and enterprise sales—acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre- and post-sales cycle.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver compelling demos, lead technical evaluations, guide integrations, and ensure customers receive world-class support and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery calls, customer workshops, and architectural deep-dives.

Deliver clear, high-impact product demonstrations tailored to enterprise and Web3-native audiences.

Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution architectures.

Own the technical proof-of-concept (POC) process, ensuring smooth integration and successful outcomes.

Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap prioritization.

Provide integration support, documentation, and ongoing best practices to ensure customer success.

Assist with RFP and security questionnaire responses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Serve as a subject-matter expert on API integrations, node infrastructure, staking architecture, and Web3/cloud scaling solutions.

Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and customer presentations.
Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role.

Strong understanding of Web3, distributed systems, networking, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, APIs, RPC endpoints, etc.).

Ability to translate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical audiences.

Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, including demos, POCs, and technical evaluations.

Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting (Python, JS, or similar), and integration workflows.

Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Comfort working remotely with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with staking providers, node infrastructure companies, or blockchain development platforms.

Familiarity with enterprise security standards, compliance, and technical due diligence.

Previous experience selling or supporting B2B infrastructure, cloud computing, or developer tools.
