The Role
The Senior Sales Executive is an individual contributor responsible for selling to both prospective and existing clients. The mandate is to expand adoption of the company’s Wealth Management SaaS solutions across the EMEA region through direct sales and partner-driven efforts.
This role is accountable for driving new annual recurring revenue (ARR) through effective territory management, pipeline development, and collaboration with colleagues in Partnerships and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Create, drive, and close new business with both new logo and existing clients, meeting or exceeding annual ARR quota

Build and maintain a strong long-term pipeline to support sustainable revenue growth

Partner with Customer Experience, Partner Sales, and Solutions Consulting teams throughout pre-sales and post-sales efforts to ensure successful client outcomes

Develop long-term strategic relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, understanding their priorities and mapping company solutions to their needs

Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key partners across the region
Requirements
-
10+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience targeting key decision makers in the Wealth Management industry

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
Experience working in start-ups or small high-growth companies

Strong, relevant network within the EMEA Wealth Management ecosystem

Experience with Financial Services SaaS (banking, wealth management, or asset management), with a preference for Wealth Management
-
Deep relationships with decision makers in Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth management firms, banks, insurance companies, and other relevant organizations

Strong major-account sales skills within Financial Technology
