Sr. Sales Executive

Our client, a global leader in wealth management technology with 30+ years of success and $450B+ in Assets Under Administration, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across the EMEA region. This is an individual contributor role focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to major financial institutions, including wealth managers, banks, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Win new business and expand existing client relationships, consistently achieving or exceeding ARR quota.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities within Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth management firms.

Develop and manage long-term C-level relationships, mapping client strategic priorities to solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Partnerships, Marketing, CX, and Pre-Sales) to ensure successful outcomes.

Engage with key partners to drive joint business opportunities and market presence.
Qualifications:

10+ years’ track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in wealth management or financial services technology.

Strong network and existing relationships with senior decision makers across EMEA financial institutions.

Experience selling into high-growth or start-up environments.

Skilled in complex deal design, strategic selling, and new product introduction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust at C-level.

Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 50%).
