Overview
We’re looking for a proven sales leader to scale a high-performing team and drive growth across both performance and local markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant influence on company-wide strategy and the opportunity to shape the next stage of expansion in the ad tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Lead and grow a senior sales team (~25 people).

Oversee both enterprise/performance sales and local/mid-market sales.

Build and implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and playbooks.

Engage directly with C-level executives at large brands and mid-market agencies.

Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy.

Ensure strong CRM adoption, data-driven performance tracking, and measurable results.

Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and events.
Ideal Profile

Proven track record in DSPs, CTV, and performance marketing.
