  • Guide customers on fraud prevention, compliance, payments, AML, KYC, and risk management best practices.
  • Develop and communicate meaningful performance metrics and success indicators.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve strategic and operational challenges.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends and work proactively with customers on mitigation strategies.
  • Support expansion opportunities through strong relationship management and consultative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Risk Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with API-based products and customer integrations.
  • Background in fraud prevention, fintech, payments, compliance, AML, KYC, identity verification, or risk management preferred.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with technical products and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
  • Equity participation with significant upside potential.
  • Compensation aligned to experience, location, and market conditions.

Benefits

  • Equity participation.
  • Flexible PTO and company-wide holiday periods.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement plan matching programs where applicable.
  • Home office setup stipend.
  • Company-provided laptop and equipment.
  • Monthly meal and team engagement allowances.
  • Annual wellness stipend.
  • Professional development and learning budget.
  • Remote-first flexibility and work-from-anywhere culture.
