The Company: Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company using AI to automate complex, workflow-heavy processes – saving businesses significant time and resources.

Recently closed a significant Series A and are scaling quickly, with a growing portfolio of well-known tech companies already on the platform.

As Founding Product Designer, you will own design end-to-end – shaping the navigation, structure, and overall coherence of the entire product.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Own information architecture across a large, complex multi-module platform
• Design systems that support long-running, multi-step user journeys
• Build navigational frameworks that are intuitive and scalable
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs grow with the business
• Define principles for how automation and user control interact
• Work closely with founders and product to solve problems and ship fast

✅ Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product design experience (with B2B exposure)
• Strong expertise in information architecture – demonstrated through previous systems work
• Experience designing complex products with multi-module navigation and interconnected workflows
• Strong intuition for simplification while maintaining accuracy in high-stakes environments
