The Role:
As GM – GTM, you will lead market strategy, pipeline growth, and revenue generation in North America. This senior, quota-carrying role exists now to accelerate expansion, build cross-functional teams, and own P&L. Collaborating closely with UK leadership, you will craft the market entry and growth roadmap, directly impacting the company’s US trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute North American GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives
- Personally lead in securing enterprise SaaS deals and build a sustainable sales pipeline
- Own regional P&L, managing revenue targets, budgets, and resource allocation
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team across sales, success, and operations
- Cultivate executive relationships with key clients, partners, and market stakeholders
- Drive market visibility through thought leadership and strategic networking
- Collaborate effectively with UK leadership to harmonize regional execution with global strategy
- Monitor performance metrics, refine approaches, and deliver consistent growth outcomes
Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:
- 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales and revenue leadership, with proven quota-achievement
- Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise deals ($100k+) and building sales teams in Series A-B environments
- Experience owning regional P&L, with a strategic focus on alternatives or private capital markets
- Existing network within private equity, hedge funds, or alternative asset managers
- Strong presence in New York City or surrounding areas; ability to operate effectively in a hybrid model
- Exceptional ability to sell, build teams, and operate independently while coordinating with UK leadership
- Deep understanding of how firms evaluate and adopt technology in the investments space
