A rapidly growing leader in digital identity verification and fraud prevention is seeking an experienced Head of Content to drive strategic content development and elevate the brand’s market presence. This high-impact role will be responsible for shaping and executing a world-class content strategy that reflects the organization’s position at the forefront of identity, compliance, and fraud risk innovation.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller with a proven track record in B2B content leadership within the fintech, RegTech, cybersecurity, or risk management sectors. Experience in identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, or fraud prevention is required. (wont consider application without domain experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a unified content strategy aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and demand generation priorities.
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts—such as fraud analysts, data scientists, compliance officers, and executives—to develop compelling content that informs and influences the industry.
- Research & Analysis: Produce high-value content assets including whitepapers, market reports, and data-driven insights that reinforce the company’s position as a trusted authority in identity and fraud.
- Website Messaging: Lead the refinement of website content to ensure clarity, SEO optimization, and conversion effectiveness.
- Video Content Development: Expand the company’s use of video, partnering with creative teams to produce educational, product-focused, and thought leadership video assets.
- Editorial Calendar: Build and manage a dynamic content calendar spanning blogs, long-form content, webinars, case studies, and social media.
- AI & Automation: Leverage tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to produce scalable, high-quality content efficiently.
- Campaign Collaboration: Support account-based marketing (ABM) by creating targeted content that speaks to prospect pain points and showcases customer success.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use performance data and audience insights to continually refine the content strategy and maximize impact.
- Brand Voice & Governance: Maintain editorial consistency and quality across all content types and channels.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, journalism, or editorial leadership, preferably in fintech, RegTech, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of digital identity, fraud risk, compliance (e.g., KYC/AML), and related market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop compelling narratives that simplify complex technical topics.
- Demonstrated success leading thought leadership and research initiatives.
- Strong grasp of SEO, content distribution, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
- Experience managing internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Skilled in using AI tools for research, writing, and scaling content operations.
- Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset and editorial rigor.
- Passionate about emerging technologies and their role in shaping secure digital ecosystems.
