    • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, tracking customer health, usage, and satisfaction, and ensure that clients are realizing the full value of our platform.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 5+ years in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles, with a proven track record of working with crypto, DeFi, fintechs, or blockchain-related businesses.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the crypto and DeFi ecosystems, stablecoins, digital assets, and blockchain technology. Familiarity with payment infrastructure, cross-border transactions, and fintech innovations is highly preferred.
