NEW YORK, 09/17/2026 – Parity, the gender equality network founded within global recruitment firm Levin, today named 100 senior women shaping US FinTech in its 100 Women in FinTech 2026 report, published in partnership with LSEG.
The FinTech list is one of three published together, alongside HealthTech and Energy & Infrastructure Tech, covering 300 women in total.
The 2025 cohort offers a read on where this group goes next. Of the 300 women featured across last year’s reports, 42% have since been promoted internally or moved into a bigger role at a new company. Eighteen have stepped into the C-suite, most from VP or SVP positions, and six have founded their own companies.
“When we founded Parity, the aim was simple: make sure the women doing brilliant work across tech actually get seen for it,” said Kesi Johnson, Founder & Network Lead at Parity. “What’s happened since has gone well beyond a list. The women we feature are moving into leadership, building companies and backing each other along the way, and that’s the whole point.”
The 2026 FinTech list spans payments, RegTech, digital banking, lending, WealthTech, InsurTech, trading and blockchain, covering founders, leaders, builders and connectors. The list was built from nominations by colleagues and peers, alongside Parity’s own research.
Honorees will be celebrated at an in-person event hosted at LSEG’s New York offices on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
