A fast-growing technology company is building an AI-powered platform for the financial services industry, enabling institutions to improve efficiency, scale client support, and deliver better outcomes through intelligent automation. With strong industry partnerships and a track record of delivering production-ready solutions quickly, the company is expanding its leadership team.

They are seeking a Head of Product to lead the development of an AI-driven financial assistant for the workplace. This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for shaping product vision, technical strategy, and execution across AI systems and platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and continuous improvement
• Define and drive product vision, technical strategy, and roadmap across AI and platform development
• Lead and direct engineering and AI teams, including work on LLM systems and production infrastructure
• Oversee the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions (e.g. multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows)
• Ensure high standards for system performance, reliability, testing, and scalability
• Maintain enterprise-grade requirements including security, compliance, and data governance
• Integrate products with enterprise systems such as CRMs, data platforms, and legacy infrastructure
• Act as a senior technical leader, influencing decision-making and execution across the organisation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record delivering AI-based products
• Proven experience working with and leading engineers and AI/LLM specialists
• Strong understanding of large language models, including limitations, evaluation, and optimisation techniques
• Experience building and scaling products from early-stage development through to production
• Ability to make high-quality decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, balancing long-term strategy with short-term delivery
• High level of resilience and adaptability; startup or early-stage experience is advantageous
