  • Social Growth & Engagement – Grow our voice and presence on social channels. From meme content to viral videos to community collabs, turn attention into daily active users.
  • Data-Led Experimentation – You’ll build A/B tests, launch growth experiments, analyze results, and iterate fast. Success is measured in learning velocity and scaled impact.
  • Creator & Partner Collaborations – Identify and work with influencers, student communities, and educational voices who can spread our story in an authentic way.

 

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on growth experience (ideally in SaaS, D2C, or EdTech)
  • A founder’s mindset—you move quickly, solve problems creatively, and aren’t afraid to get scrappy
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and digital habits
  • Comfort with performance dashboards, KPIs, and growth metrics
  • Strong copy chops and a knack for creating engaging, persuasive messaging
  • Willingness to take bold swings and learn fast from the outcome

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proven success with influencer marketing campaigns
  • Experience crafting viral or community-powered launches
  • Passion for AI, tech, or education
  • Track record of building organic growth engines or referral programs
