I’m looking for a Technical Lead to join a Series C-funded Web3 start-up in New York. They are $300M funded and looking to make an important hire in the Client Experience engineering team, could that be you?

As part of this team, the CX Tech Lead is an experienced hands-on, client-facing technical lead who will manage a team to deliver the very best to the Clients.

Responsibilities:

• CX Technical Lead Engineer will structure technical design, architecture and solutions while reporting directly to the CTO.
• Lead technical aspects of client engagements, from documentation to discussions and demonstrations to execution of client mandates, incorporating best practices in the products, technical concepts and design.
• Manage the CX Engineers and Managers

Requirements:

• Experience in Scala or Haskell or F#
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing technical resources, and collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced, pressured environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting complex concepts in front of large client audiences, both technical and non-technical
