Storm2 are currently partnered with a global Payments & Merchant Services provider who are partnered with FI’s, acquirers and payment aggregators globally. They currently service merchants with thousands of POS terminals and are building out their innovative cloud-based payments platform which will offer seamless commerce solutions.
As they build out their unique platform as a service offering, the team is on the hunt for an exceptional API’s Product expert to lead the build out of their developer experience and API products. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a super-talented team that specialise in building world-class payments products.
Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the customer and partners externally and the go-to individual internally
- Create the product roadmap and prioritization in line with the product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Push for utmost client satisfaction via the deliverance of innovative solutions
- Be a thought leader and integral member of a high-performing team
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a product management role
- 3+ Years’ experience in a technical role
- Proven track record of delivering on product vision from ideation to launch
- Strong technical background in building and driving API-related products
- Experience with embedded software products including Payments terminals, POS, mobile, and SDKs
- Overall industry knowledge of the payments ecosystem especially in acquiring and payments acceptance
- Have had exposure to cloud platforms
- Strong written + communication skills in English
