We’re partnering with a digital-first financial services platform seeking a senior executive to lead and scale its self-directed retail trading business. This is a true GM-style leadership role with end-to-end ownership across product strategy, platform modernization, growth, and business performance. This leader will sit at the intersection of trading, product, technology, marketing, risk, and compliance—driving platform innovation while delivering a differentiated client experience across mobile and desktop channels.

This leader will sit at the intersection of trading, product, technology, marketing, risk, and compliance—driving platform innovation while delivering a differentiated client experience across mobile and desktop channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the self-directed retail trading business end-to-end, including strategy, growth, and performance
- Define and execute the product roadmap, including platform modernization and new investment product launches
- Drive business expansion through product innovation, go-to-market execution, and enhanced client experience
- Partner across technology, operations, compliance, risk, marketing, and banking to deliver strategic initiatives
- Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, profitability initiatives, and cost management
- Work with executive leadership to integrate trading capabilities into broader digital banking experiences
- Ensure regulatory readiness, audit compliance, and strong operational governance
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of leadership experience in trading, fintech, investments, or financial services
- Proven experience owning or scaling a trading platform, brokerage, or investment product business
- Strong product leadership mindset with experience building in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and track record driving commercial growth
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations
- FINRA Series 7 preferred
- Fintech background strongly preferred; experience with advisor/trading infrastructure platforms is a plus
Compensation & Details
- Base: $175K – $250K
- Cash Bonus Target: 30%
- Equity (RSU) Bonus Target: 30%
