About the Company

A rapidly scaling digital asset wealth platform delivering institutional-grade custody, trading, lending, yield, and tokenization services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporates, and RIAs. The firm operates through a regulated investment management arm and is preparing for a public market listing.


The Opportunity

We’re looking for a VP of Marketing who has scaled growth at a high-velocity fintech or crypto company (e.g., Robinhood, Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken, or similar). This leader will own the full marketing function and build the engine that drives client acquisition, AUM growth, and brand authority as the company transitions into a publicly traded, multi-channel digital asset wealth platform.

This is not a brand-only or content-only role. We need a growth leader who can run performance marketing, build a sales enablement engine, and tell a compelling story across institutional and retail audiences.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Own full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness through funded account, targeting HNW individuals, family offices, corporates, and RIAs
  • Build and optimize paid acquisition channels (SEM, paid social, programmatic) with focus on CAC efficiency and AUM-per-dollar metrics
  • Execute competitor displacement campaigns targeting users of leading crypto and digital asset platforms

Brand & Content

  • Position the company as a trusted, institutional-grade alternative in digital asset wealth management
  • Build a content engine spanning thought leadership, SEO, comparisons, case studies, and research
  • Own narrative development for the company’s public market debut, including investor communications and earned media

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches (retail platform, tokenization offerings, yield products)
  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, and objection handling tools
  • Build segmented lifecycle marketing and nurture programs to convert leads into funded accounts
  • Partner with product and engineering to embed marketing into the product experience

Events & Community

  • Own presence at major crypto, finance, and family office events
  • Build and engage a community across social and crypto-native channels

Team & Operations

  • Build and lead the marketing team from the ground up
  • Manage agencies and contractors across design, PR, and performance marketing
  • Establish marketing analytics infrastructure (attribution, funnel metrics, cohort analysis, AUM reporting)
  • Own marketing budget with full ROI accountability

Qualifications

Required

  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership (VP/Head of Marketing or equivalent)
  • Proven experience scaling growth at a high-growth fintech, crypto, or digital financial services company
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and full-funnel attribution in B2C or B2B2C environments
  • Strong understanding of fintech, crypto, and financial services ecosystems
  • Experience marketing to HNW individuals, RIAs, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead marketing teams from the ground up
  • Strong storytelling ability with experience translating complex financial products into clear narratives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building attribution and ROI frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $225,000–$300,000 (DOE)
  • Annual performance bonus
