The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining core components of our platform. This is a critical role, as your contributions will directly impact the user experience and help our team scale to meet the growing demand for our product. You’ll work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to build a solution that makes a difference in our clients’ investment processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems that streamline the private investment experience.

• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-facing features end to end.

• Drive architectural decisions and lead key engineering projects from ideation to launch.

• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

• Mentor teammates and help shape the engineering culture as we grow the team from the ground up.

Reach out to us if you have:

• 5+ years of experience building web-based software products.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.

• Full-stack development experience, or deep expertise in either frontend or backend.

• A track record of driving projects independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus Points if you have: 

• Experience in the fintech space or working on investment platforms.

• Prior experience at a fast-growing startup or on a founding engineering team.

• Exposure to building internal tools or infrastructure to improve engineering efficiency.
