Join a business on a mission to bring fair credit access to everybody, utilising AI, behavioral science and financial education to empower consumer to take control of their Credit.
Having raised Series A funding they are now looking for a hand on Product Leader that will initially work as an IC before scaling and leading the Product Team. In this role you will work closely with the Founders on the strategy and vision of the roadmap.
What You’ll Do

Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements

Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features on time and at high quality

Use data to guide decisions and measure success

Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams

Help shape the product culture and processes as they scale
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in high-growth FinTech startups

Strong product intuition and user-centric mindset

Experience building 0→1 and iterating on early-stage products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable operating independently and wearing many hats
