As adoption continues to accelerate, they’re looking for an experienced Implementations Manager to lead new customer deployments and ensure successful onboarding outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Manage customer stakeholders and project timelines
• Configure platform workflows and integrations
• Deliver training and drive product adoption
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve challenges
• Build scalable implementation processes and best practices

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years in implementation, professional services, accounting, finance systems, or a related field
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems
• Confident communicator who enjoys solving complex problems
• Experience with SaaS implementations is a plus
