Our client is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across a growing engineering team. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence, where you’ll drive complex initiatives, shape architectural decisions, and help scale both systems and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 8+ Years Of Software Engineering Experience
• Proven Track Record Delivering Complex Technical Projects With Significant Business Impact
• Strong Experience With Backend, Distributed Systems, Platform, Or Full-Stack Engineering
• Ability To Influence Technical Direction Across Teams And Stakeholders
• Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills
• Experience Operating In Fast-Paced, Scaling Technology Environments
